Making Waves

Hello there!

Summer is one of the few times in the year where I can just let my hair blow in wind, get a bit tangled here and there, and take full advantage of my natural texture. Since I am not lucky enough to live by any salt water, it is completely necessary for me to use a sea salt spray. My favorite is from the company The Gnarly Whale: add bonus, all of their products are 100% vegan and cruelty free.

You can use it on wet, damp, dry and styled hair. There really is no time when I would not reach for my Gnarly Whale Beach Waves spray. All you need to unleash your inner mermaid is shake the bottle and apply liberally.

The scent range is beautiful and has everything from Guava to Eucalyptus Spearmint, so there is sure to be something for everyone. Loving all things coconut, I bought the scent Thai Coconut and would use this as a hair perfume even if it didn't have any additional benefits too it, oh, but it does. The salt spray is never drying and creates Victoria's Secret-esque texture on my natural hair, but also aids my styled hair in gently falling.

Whether you live on the beach or not, have natural texture or you don't, I highly recommend you check out the secret to my lush, beachy waves.
